Slight Changes to the way to play it are:
Crimson Firemaw instead of Cozin Darkheart in the Market. Serves same purpose.

Akko, Inspired Artist has been swapped for Forgemark Scrivener. It's not the same effect and at higher Cost/ diferent Faction, but it serves the purpose. So instead of playing Akko on 1st turn, you will either aim for a hand with Char or a 1-drop Oni.

As for Kyojun, Grand Shugo there is no real replacement at the same cost. I added Mask Maker to get atleast a +1 +1 effect and Acclaimed Artisan to get some gas from the Market, maybe Rally or Shingane Forge could be better options here.

So far the deck works almost identical and pretty smooth.

I have run 7 gauntlets with this deck and lost every single one i dont see how this is efficient you have no way to deal with large enemies

Just because there is no "big" removal, doesn't mean there is no way to deal with big units...
As example:
Play Oni Ronin with Jishu on board makes it 3/1. +Forgemark 4/3 + forgemark again 5/5 + mask maker 6/6 + scepter 8/7... how is that not big?

In that case you can kinda trash 75% of the decks, because of consistency in drawing what you need at the right time

You said fast well tuned budget meaning very cheap to craft and efficient at grinding gauntlet therefore I should be able to win at least 1 gauntlet in 3 runs and I didn't win a single one in 7 runs so no it's not tuned therefore not efficient

nope i didn't, i just copied the name from the original deck to not infringe the original
Also it is good to grind gauntlet, as I get atleast 1 out of 3 runs completed. Don't blame others on you not being able to Pilot a deck.
