Updated 4/5: Includes Vara... because we're in Shadow. Also, I somehow missed that I had teched the deck way down; Aurialian cargo is not necessary.
This is a board based deck that uses the new Homecoming pledge synergies to flood the board with damage and generate card advantage with Severin, Glasshopper, and Dread. This allows you to fight for board with aggro while outlasting them in the midgame.
Also, it feels like Severin is being overlooked even in Glasshopper decks which is a shame because he does a lot for Auralian in terms of color fixing, mana cheating, and just general relic pressure. Also, if you have the Homecoming campaign, this deck is relatively budget friendly.
Unfortunately for these type of board based tempo decks, there are too many strong counterplay options, and control decks win the day in Eternal, but it's still fun to play with.
Basically, the strategy is to always mulligan for pledge with the best options being Severin for color fixing or sometimes Moonstone Vanguard if you can pull it off without sacrificing Auralian colors. Always, ALWAYS pledge turn 1. Then just hit the board as fast as possible using Cykalis to push even more damage. One thing to note is that Lethrai Hideaway is the only relic which really ties the deck together providing an extra unit, cheap buffs with Severin, a buff for the smuggler, and ultimately a win-condition with Borderscout.
I've found Cirso's Cleaver to be a surprisingly powerful finisher for this deck, so I feel like it is the most important card in the market. Beyond that you have a lot of different options, but this is my best iteration so far.
Im missing 2 Cykalis, do you have opinions on alternatives? I was thinking of trying with either 2 Rhysta or 2 Zende in place of what im missing. Zende is an alternative pledge, and Rhysta helps pick up extra power.
If you have any other options please let me know.
Another card to substitute is 4 Vara because she seems to make every shadow deck better regardless.
With dread you can get back units pretty easily and both Zende and Rhysta have perks i guess, in the game i saw zende i played her after the opponent harsh ruled and then had 3 units, zende, borderscout, and dark elf back on board the turn after which worked out well in the end winning with borderscout. If playing with zende i wouldnt go any higher than 2 due to the cost
Star readers already makes things not block so Rhysta was the other option, have yet to play a game since putting her in the deck.
(wall of text, sorry!)
Edit: first impressions with Rhysta is that she goes well with the bear guard bayonet, and star reapers blade. Bayonet giving her the empower bonus and star reaper has 0 downsides, ran into my opponent with a 13/3 quickdraw, overwhelm Rhysta with some buffs from the relics. I only have 2 Rhysta but she seems to be a decent inclusion to be considered.
Also, it seems like Severin is getting more attention which is cool; Ilyon just posted new content to YouTube here:

I don't like his build very much because pledge is still too unreliable in his deck, but there may be more adjustments that can be learned. Xenan initiation looks particularly interesting because of the recursion from the Blade and Dread.
Since you've dropped the cargos what are your thoughts on going less on basic sigils /seats and looking into crests more? Watched the video linked and it may be worth looking at, crests could provide a decent advantage. Even just dropping one of each sigil for one of each crest, and chaning the market crest for a banner, which works well with merchants being undepleted. I also like that ilyon included the killer effects in there which helps with thr deck being highly board based, but it would be tricky to find places to cut.
