Is the whole point of using the green merchant for Vision of Austerity? Otherwise, if you're not putting a Harsh Rule in market red merchant is better.

Red merchant has been better in testing i would swap it s bore is much better and adds some good stuf to the market for instance flamestoker can just win games against slower decks
