The deck can be tweaked against almost everything but I do not think it is in a good meta position now.

Can have good matchups vs Aggro including Stonescar and reasonable vs Xenan, Elysian and actually Feln Mill too.
Hooru Kira matchup is bad and it needs Speaking Circle to fight Palace (helping vs Tower too)
Sling is actually not great since the deck takes time to close out the game. It is possible that an Ixtun list with Pyrotech Explosion and Prodigious Sorcery will work better.
