This is my attempt to make my Icaria Blue deck more resilient to Rain of Frogs/In Cold Blood effects, which try and strip my win conditions. Thunderstrike Dragon is a pretty effectve threat against the types of decks that play those cards, and it makes a nice target for Icaria's Warcry effect. On top of that, 5/6 is a pretty nice size in the curent format, and having a few cho cards in your strategize deck is always nice, since you only have to give up "half" the card.

Anyways, I'm currently floating around top 100 with this, getting as high as 13. Its a solid control deck.
