Tempest Control

Point of deck is to ramp up to eight mana to play Channel the Tempest. Don't run lightning storm. Did testing and found lightning strike to be far more efficient since harsh rule and lightning storm is quite redundant. From thereon, keep sigils in hand to add more value to tempest.
