The new ramp cards are fairly strong, but what is the best card to ramp to? More ramp of course!
A New Tomorrow A New Tomorrow with a good amount of card draw is amazing. Generally this deck follows this play pattern:
1. Ramp and then Ramp
2. Merchant for A New Tomorrow
3. From your 10 free runes you'll get a few scout runes, use them to find card draw (After removing most of the runes from your deck, card draw only draw business, and often more card draw)
4. Claim victory with one of these two cards:
