I've been enjoying this deck, with a few changes that give it a little more staying power.

Dawnwalker is just a whole lot better than Sandspitter. Spitter does shut out a combat trick once in a while, but Dawnwalker accomplishes more, especially with decay from Alhed.

I'm running Sandstorm Titan over Cykalis. They play very different roles on the board, but the main thing is that Titan is good when you're behind and Cykalis is not. The lack of pledge means I should probably fit in some more power or power-equivalent, but it hasn't cost me any games yet.

I'm also playing Grodov's Burden over Prideleader in the market. I haven't missed the Prideleader yet, and Burden is just a fun card.

I like that direction quite a lot as well. Adds a good amount of grinding power and resilience.
I like the way you think.

Glad to hear it! I've been thinking that Temple Standard over Phase Out might be a good idea, to compensate for losing Cykalis's pledge. I've found I hardly ever wanted to play Phase Out before 5 power anyway.

Emblem of Grodov over some sigils might also be good for flood mitigation. I haven't tried it yet because I usually don't love emblems, but this feels like a deck that might want it.

By the way I love how the AI considers Borderlands Lookout a priority silence target, frequently even above Alhed and Dawnwalker.
