long term I'd imagine you want to go more low to the ground. cut the throne wardens, the hammer of mights and the auric runehammers, add 4 whirling duo and 4 unseen commando. you're win rate wont necessarily spike by that much, but your deck caps out at 4 power then, and your games overall should be a lot faster. if you have the adventures, a Crimson Firemaw set instead of the Crownwatch deserter might be worth looking into if you're running into hailstorm too often. Also Pyroknights can be solid in a deck like this if you find your games going long and you end up facing against a wall of weenies. just ult it and smash over them. rakano aggro is quite good at flexibility so have a look at what decks / cards are causing you issues, and work around them accordingly.
