Rakano Valkyrie - Advice Wanted!

The idea behind this deck is to play Icaria, Valkyrie Captain and Bulletshaper to ramp up to Sediti, The Killing Steel. Without ramp you play things on curve.

Very feasible alternate win condition to beat your opponent to death with fliers. Playing weapons on fliers has always been good and after playing around with Sediti I figured I'd make a deck promoting him specifically. The deck is built around the thought that fliers, which are hard to block, can activate onslaught very easily.

The market has been really efficient for me - Bore, Deepforged Plate and Rakano Banner need no explanation, but I've found a lot of success with Jawbone Greatsword and Reinforcements. Play Jawbone when you know next turn you're going to swing the smuggler into a trade - then play for the Tribute effect. Reinforcements is really nice lockdown on Hooru Control, Jennev Peaks, FJS, or any other controlling deck with lots of spells.


Incendiary Slagmite can be replaced with Eager Owlet for gauntlet or if you're having trouble with bad openers.

As a side note, this deck is also bonkers in Gauntlet. Currently 9-1 in Casual.
