Based on an old Xenan Reanimator deck, fiddled around with it a little bit, and just now added the Dredger which is MADNESS in this deck because you can make it very cheap very easily.

I am totally open to advice on improving this deck, but hope it will be fun for some people.

I play mostly gauntlet so maybe this wont be "meta".

I play it almost exclusively as gauntlet - i dont really do constructed much - to earn gold for playing draft!

Not totally sure, but my thoughts are cut fell ritual for send an agent, and then replace in cold blood with last chance. Not sure how much the dragon in the void is worth the extra power, and I think by running better removal you don't feel bad cutting it from the market.

Hmmmm.
The good thing about the fell ritual is if you haven't hit enough mill yet - or you really need a lifesteal unit - it can fill that roll.
Cold blood is there as a all-kill but also is useful when running up against justice.
Never used "send an agent"

As far as last chance, I think it might work, but not sure i can survive without at least 1 kill spell in market.
