Easy and intuitive ever-changing-cost deck!

Main idea behind the list was to have Ixtol's Pendant as a playable card

Ramba, Arena Showman, Patrice, Outcast Queen and Hearty Feast are all fun cards that don't work together very well, but hey, it is what it is!

Pendant does not affect Patrice procs, since the latter cares about the card cost once it's on the board.

Give it a go, send me ideas on how to make it better!
