Getting Platemaker in the latest update really seems like a solid add to this deck. Any reason you shy away from the Emblems? Seems like they would be pretty useful and they also benefit from Yisha.

Yes, Minotaur Platemaker had been in this kind of deck in one of the previous Expedition formats, after Trials of Grodov but before Flame of Xulta. You should probably shave some things off for at least three copies of that one. As for the Emblems - this is a control deck that needs a lot of power (and one that can use a ton of power), and the Emblems a) deal damage to you b) are immaterial as small units.
