New Feln Control 3F

Since Feln Control got nerfed a lot, i build this deck to counter the new rising echo makto with milling components. Manacles and statuary maiden added, for more pressure. Sadly i only have 2 maiden right now, but the plan is to craft more and replace at least one rain of frogs with them.

also works really good against tavrod decks.. they basically help u mill their deck and buff the dreamsnatchers.
