I did originally have Sheriff Marley in the deck as the aegis and silence effect often came in handy and the bonus of being able to summon a 1/1 chump blocker (power permitting) to help protect the weapon also proved itself
Tested Marley for over 20 games and it has proved itself worth not just to protect the weapon with the tokens, but with its aegis too
Have replaced Marley with Vara Vengeance Seeker to test which other 4 drop feels a better fit for the deck
12 games was enough to decide I prefer Marley in the deck but its your call - in 10 of those games my Vara got annihilated 4x - desecrated 3x - vanquished 2x and harshruled 1x - so in just 2 games did it stay in play for any reasonable length of time
