Great deck, but I have only one question - how are you dispatch Vara? She completely destroys Aegis strategy and she's mono-colored, so Rindra's Choice is useless. Only Permafrost, but it don't remove Vara's effect. Also, how you plan to deal with buildings?

Vara is easier to deal with than endurance units. Permafrost, Aniyah, Arctic Sheriff, Harsh Rule, Martyr's Chains, Sword of the Sky King, and Dizo's Office can all take care of her. Aegis is nice, but it’s not a core strategy of the deck. I added Adjudicator's Gavel in the market for recursion.

I’m glad you asked about sites. Svetya, Orene of Kosul is amazing against them especially with duplication. Her effect prevents sites from casting a spell on the opponent’s turn. Also, this deck generally has a board and can attack into sites if needed.

Too bad we don't have a Hooru smuggler yet. Otherwise you could play Crystalize in the market or the true combo of Svetya + Quicksilver Mirror for a permanent spell lockout and a wincon.

Why shadow at this point? It adds little to the main deck and only the sites to the market. Not like you couldn't make a very strong mono justice market

Rindra's Choice is great for fast removal and spell negation, and Lost Scroll helps with ramp and feeds Martyr's Chains. Regent's Tomb and Dizo's Office in the market are incredibly powerful. I don't think any of those cards are easily replaceable in this deck.
