Another day, another Kenna deck. Seriously, the card is bonkers.

The basic idea behind this deck is to play a few grenadins to chump block early, keep our life total reasonable, then turn the game around with some extremely powerful tribute cards. Combustion Cell is the beating heart of the deck, giving us both a tribute enabler as well as a significant boost of power for our expensive cards. End of Hostilities is a very potent tool, since copying 2 sandstorm titans or rizahns can buy us a lot of time. End of the story becomes a 6-cost harsh rule that ignores aegis. Just think about what that means for a second: no stand together, no icaria, no aggro aegis units... nothing survives. It can’t even be countered by something like backlash. Kenna is the core of this deck though, and if you ever get to go off with her and end of hostilities you’ll see why. She kills icaria single-handedly, has super-prowess, and gets back any spell from your void to boot. Just copy her with end of hostilities, then get back end of hostilities as well as another random spell. Repeat until your opponent scoops. Channel the Tempest is in to give the deck a bit more staying power, and getting back channel with kenna is still incredible.

Manufacture is a sweet combo with strategize and ixtun merchants, but it’s also a lot slower than assembly line. I’m opting for speed currently. Also, keeping one or two grenadins in hand to trigger tribute on demand is important - you never know if you’re going to draw that kenna. I’d love to fit in some more removal in the form of the 4th vanquish, some permafrosts, and/or some eilyn’s choices, but I just can’t find room. Gearcruncher seems like it’d be good, but it’s usually just a big assembly line that either gets flown over or wiped. Flamestoker would be great in the market, but triple fire is hard on our influence.
I’d love any and all ideas, feedback, or critiques!

I added Decimate to the market and I can't tell you how many games I've won off the back of it

Sweet deck, End of the Story seems like it fixes one of the main weaknesses the skycrag version had. I think a purely crest/banner/waystone power base is worth trying out, since seats seem pretty bad with only 5 sigils and 4 seeks. I'd cut the Manufacture for Jawbone Greatsword and cut some Channels for Pressgangs, but that last one I may be a bit biased on. The rest looks good.

Thanks! A banner/waystone/crest powerbase would probably be better now that you mention it, I’ll have to test out both once I get back from vacation. I’m not sure about thr manufacture in the market either, but with 8 great answers to Icaria already I’m not sure that Jawbone Greatsword is the right card to replace it. I’ll probably switch the manufacture for an assembly line in the maindeck, since I think we’d rather have the chump-blockers if we’re marketing for grenadins. I definitely have to think some more about pressgang, not a card I play with much. On first glane I think I prefer manufacture, but I could wasily be wrong - again, needs testing. Cheers!

1-2 copies of Petition in concurrence with a banner/waystyone/crest powerbase might be a good way to do it. I just don't think you need that insane top-end and could remove a few cards from the upper curve - 30 power sources isn't enough here. Obviously, being able to seek your waystones or double influence fixing crest makes petition a much better lategame draw than seek power.

really digging the brews you've been posting lately, keep up the good work ;w;b

and if you were looking for requests for whatever reason (excuse the terrible idea in advance), i'd love to see a a 3 or 4 color warp deck for me with all the new 'end' card

Thanks so much! I’m working on a new brew with end of the barrel (the red one) at the moment, I don’t think the time and shadow ones are good enough for ranked though. I do want to look into workshop forge though, with all the new warp cards that deck might just be good enough. I don’t mind “terrible” ideas in the least, it’s the only way to find good new decks. We test/build/think about a ton of bad ideas until we find a good one.
