Information

Reached Throne Masters in August 2021.

The main goal of the deck is to slap down some low-cost Sentinels and pump up their stats using Promenade Patrol and relics. League Explorer is great for this, and they play very well with the Sentinel Rocketblaster as well.

The Market is flexible; here are the justifications for my choices:
1). Privilege of Nobility - 1-cost relic, and it fucks over mill players <3 <3.
2). Stakeout - 1-cost relic & removal. You'll rarely see the Soldier effect go off.
3). Mysterium Orb - Is a relic with good overall effects for us (max power from Explorers, Endurance and Overwhelm for Sentinels). Good for surprise Permafrost popping.
4). Saber-Tooth Prideleader - Double duty as relic removal and defense against aggro. Only thing in the Market that can't be fetched with Coveted Gemstone.
5). Grodov's Burden - All around good top-end relic for us, as all our units are single-faction. Provides card draw and potential removal for long games.

Great work. Especially for such a confusing tribe to build around.
What are your thoughts on Monolith Guardian and Moonstone Vanguard?
PandaMan0 Edited Eternal Version: 21.09.23
Hey there, I personally don’t use them because I that the strength of the deck comes from buffing cheap units with cheap relics. My justifications for my top end Sentinels are:

- Sandstorm Titan: Unconditional 5/6 with Endurance that, most importantly, prevents fliers
- Tempered Sentinel: Seems expensive, but can easily be played for cheap due to Bond.

Here’s my justifications for not using Monolith Guardian and Moonstone Vanguard:

- Monolith Guardian: Conditional 7/7 that doesn’t do anything else. Yes it is bigger than SST, but having Endurance built in without needing Mysterium Orb, and shutting down fliers, gives SST the edge here. This would definitely be a good budget replacement though.
- Moonstone Vanguard: Just a bit too expensive for this deck. You want to have your Sentinels on the board early so that you get the most bang for your buck every time you play a relic. It’s certainly not bad, but at 5-cost in a deck like this, it needs to have an immediate impact on the board like a Summon effect. I suppose the health gain would be that effect against aggro (assuming it isn’t spot removed instantly), but Sabretooth Prideleader and our early units already provide good defense against aggro.

Hope this was helpful!

Thank you for the detailed reply.
I definitely feel the same about these cards, Monolith Guardian and Moonstone Vanguard just cost too much for the little they add to the field.
