This deck is my take on Evenhanded Praxis, has a little bit of bounce to re-use effects when you need it. Mostly focuses on cranking out a never-ending stream of powerful legendary cards and abusing their effects. Good times!
Went about 65% win rate otw to masters and had a 7 game win streak in D1 to cap it off. Messed around with a lot of tech options, so lmk if you have any other ideas!
