After a few games, my only question is whether the Shugo Standards are helpful. I haven't run into a situation yet where I wouldn't rather draw power and get to 6 for Solitude, plus they can be awkward on the first turn where you need to play depleted power first, and then you can't drop Mournful Deathcap on 2.

Not at all. I've played around with a lot of different types of mill and censor has never really wow'd. Its more expensive than Deathcap and suffers from many of the same problems, while being completely dead vs aggro. This deck benefits much more from having more dig in the 2 drop slot because each game you're being as aggressive as your opponent will let you be, so more options is better.

This deck puts on a surprising amount of early pressure, and then kills your opponent with Solitude when they've finally stabilized. Golem is better for that plan.
