If you're fuzzy on the details, the purpose here is to fill your hand with cards using the natural advantage engines of Spire Chaplain and Privilege of Rank in conjunction with Whispering Wind, then discard all the non-threats to activate Kosul. Rolants Fist provides a good finisher on the flyers, but isn't completely necessary.
