Overview
There are two main types of Renown decks in Expedition: 1. spells to activate renown, and 2. weapons. Here is an overview of each type.
1. Many ways to counter. It can protect units. If anything, it is often used for defense. On the other hand, it has no continuous combat power, so early victory is required.
2.It is very hard to defend units when they are hunted for every landing. If it can be equipped, a large unit will stand, and it can stand quite well against Fire/Time/Primal decks, which are tier 1 but have no definite removal. On the other hand, the biggest bottleneck is that it is incompatible with Bold Prodigy.
Since it is a three-color deck, it is slow to get up and running, so I personally think it is stronger in a build that is mainly weapon-based. However, both types run out of cards in hand quickly. So I incorporated Fire, Steelwarren Responder and Repurposed Wares.
Resource management became geometric or better.

I am very disappointed that Renown was re-featured but no additions were made to Fire, which is very important.
