One of the wackiest decks I have ever played, or seen anyone play. Also, it is Jank, that can actually hold its own at Masters.
The reason this deck is so successful is because you have low cost units to help you early, you have excessive card advantage in the form of echo, draw/discard, that gets you past control, and you have 7 sweepers to get you passed go wide tokens. Lastly you have monstrously sized units late game to get you passed everything else.
So here's how it works. Echo units create innate card advantage, even though most of the units are mehh. Take
Cliffside Porter for instance. However if you discard one
Cliffside Porter with
Master Cartographer, you still have a
Cliffside Porter left in your hand. Here's why that's important. Once you get
Rolant's Memorial every time you discard a unit, you can buff up a unit. It becomes big time, when you have even just 3 or 4 spells in your void. Considering how many echo and discard spells we have, you can have 10 in the void by turn 5.
Whether you discard power, a unit, or a spell is really going to determine whether you win the game or not and it is totally a game time read based on the board and your hand. The good thing, is you can have a power base that transmutes into spells and units because with all the card draw and selection you are rarely ever screwed. The transmutes just make it that much easier to discard spells, units or play the thing that you need.
Check out this wonky, fun deck and let me know your thoughts.
P.S. Milos is added because he is super fun, but he is the most expendable card in the deck and should be the first to go when making editions in my humble opinion.
