I updated the deck based on some of your suggestions. I unfortunately don't have an Treasury Gates and only one Auric Vigilante. Thank you for the suggestions!

These are the best minotaurs that the game offers in my opinion, so you have to have 4 copies of each on the deck:

Auric Vigilante, Auric Bully, Minotaur Oathkeeper
I do not think you need 4 copies of Copperhall Bailiff, but at least a 2 or 3 is interesting.

Now, one thing your deck needs is weapon, to improve the power of the Auric Bully and improve the status of the minotaurs.
If you can put some relics on the deck, it would be nice to think about this Treasury Gate, but forget Oathbook, it will not fit on your deck because it is more strategy oriented to attack with only one unit. Is the focus of your deck, or at least it was not meant to be, you need to populate the field with your minotaurs for the Relentless to make sense of.

Good weapons to use with the minotaurs in my opinion would be:
3 Hammer of Might, 2 Auric Runehammer and 4 Jack's Knife.
