Information

Until I find a solution to Abhorrent Revival killing my Riftfeeder Wasp in expedition which makes me immediately lose the game, the expedition elysian deck will be put on hold.

On the other hand, throne has some decent ways to get the combo rolling, and this is what was brewed up.

Gameplay is very simple: just ramp with your relics and merchants until you can play Omniscience and follow up with Gastrolith the next turn. Finish the game with Sol's Rest and Rewind.

Edit: I've changed a few cards after grinding this deck for a bit. Disjunction feels better than Deep Freeze as a market option. Check-Raise is definitely over-tuned right now, so a 4 of feels like a must.

I also want to try Bathe in Light over Crest of Wisdom since both are depleted power anyways, but Bathe in Light helps you stall if Omniscience does not find you the time merchants after the initial draw.

Edit (again): Chronostorm replaced Bathe in Light. Quality-wise, Bathe in Light is better, but having a good stall play post Omniscience turn is mandatory, and I can't think of a better one other than playing merchant while holding Chronostorm up. Calibrate has been dropped for more primal sigils because the card is technically depleted power when drawn.

Ok, hopefully this is the final edit: I added Thicket Trap to deal with relic weapons, x/1's, and proc aegis. The Hive Delivery is just in case the opponent is playing sling and running Deans' Chamber. Anyways, I'm satisfied with this "final" version and hope you guys enjoy the deck!

Been tweaking this against AI and its a great grinder. Dropped Calibrate, Power Stone, and Check-Raise for Alhead Ascending, Logistics Expert, and Rift's Edge. In the market, replaced Sol's Rest and Rewind with Pit of Lenekta and Scarf. Alhed becomes the second finisher. Also swapped two power for Hive Queen Uther for lifegain shenanigans

I think pit would be good in the market here, I drew myself out the first game I played cuz my opponent was able to answer all my wasps, so another win con seems like a good idea
gwj Eternal Version: 24.10.02
It's hard to fit Pit of Lenekta into the deck, but go for it! Unless you need to tempo Riftfeeder Wasp out, it's best to save the card until you can play it simultaneously with Sol's Rest. Remember that Riftfeeder Wasp is 3 mana with Gastrolith and don't forget to float mana for Check-Raise to disrupt your opponent's turn.
241ackerman Eternal Version: 24.10.02
Yeah that was my mistake, I ran out the wasps like they were tempo plays, much happier with them as the only wincons now, I have done some adjusting to the deck, didn’t really like calibrate, and wanted more interaction so I swapped it for chronostorn, than I found that inscribe is actually just busted in this deck so I cut 2 lands and 2 favors for kickflip monk, now dying to aggro is much less of an issue
gwj Eternal Version: 24.10.02
Kickflip Monk sounds like a solid idea! Gotta give it a try as well.
241ackerman Eternal Version: 24.10.02
So I tried a version of the deck that ran 15 inscribe cards and 25 power, it’s my favorite version yet.

Really fun deck. I would suggest swapping in 2 copies of Rune of Relocation over another power. It's been really versatile for me and has overperformed. I have used it to bounce an enemy blocker or rebuy a friendly merchant
gwj Eternal Version: 24.10.02
Thanks for you feedback! Sol's Rest should be able to deal with the enemy board and give you recursive value for your merchants, so I would learn towards not playing the rune. There are awkward scenarios where you are not able to play Riftfeeder Wasp and Sol's Rest on the same turn which would garner towards running more value in this deck, but that's what Check-Raise and Chronostorm do: help you stall for another turn.

Bro, I've been unsuccessfully brewing with these two and you post a deck. Awesome!
gwj Eternal Version: 24.10.02
Glad you like the deck!
