Unseen Commando is not that strong in this deck, even with the Bolster ability there is not enough synergy with other units. If you want to focus on Bolster abilities with cheap units, what about Steelwarren Assassin, Armorsmith or Alarmed Gatemaster ?

A few Veteran Strategist would be fine.

Unseen Commando is such a stronger card in a vacuum than the replacements that you are suggesting that I think it's worth keeping it.

With Bolster the difficulty is to find the correct balance between enablers and triggers, and you can't always rely on your draws to go your way so I think that having many strong individual cards without considering Bolster is important to have a reliable win rate.
