Hooru Curses Control

Bumped into someone during the past weekends event playing something like this and it seemed good.

Been working on recreating as much as I could, then tweaking as I climb the ladder.

Goal is to ping opponents to death after creating a board stall.

Markets aren't my strong suit, so recommendations welcome.
