The deck I used in the ECQ ; just curve into some broken strangers, give them killer, and finish them with Azindel. Dizo's Office is another ramp payoff that gains you life so you don't die while stabilizing, the removals are mostly there so you don't die to Teacher and Emblem of Grodov synergize very well with the killer spells.
