A wonky, wobbly, janky control deck focused around Library Phoenix, Learned Herbalist and Icespear Chucker. It does what it needs to do often enough... but it's certainly missing that extra panache to move it from "Cute Gauntlet grinder" to "Feasible PVP Deck."
