Congratz on the finish, great take on iBlue. I had a few questions though: Why only 3 Seek power and only 2 Rizan? Thoughts on Permafrost now that Accel Evo out of the meta? Have you tried the red merchant?

3 seek is because I don't think you want to draw more than one, plus with the amount of draw/scout this deck has I don't feel you need the 4th one. 2 Rizan was because I wanted some but didn't test enough to figure out how to fit in more. Permafrost can be okay, I haven't tried it lately. I'm not sure how good it will be because evo will still be around, enforces are around, and most time markets should have an hourglass in them. I haven't tried red merchant, because it doesn't give you access to good/mass removal
