The combo is Accelerate on Striding Skyline, then play it (you essentially get a free one for each of your relics). To build up enough power for this, Rebuild is your key card. Rebuild -> draw spell -> Rebuild makes an incredible amount of power in this deck, which lets you play all the relics in your hand and still have the 7 left over to start the Skyline chain. Alternatively, if you can get up to 15, playing Sol's Rest and Skyline on the same turn will let you attack before the opponent can act.
