Haven't tested this yet, but the idea is to put 13 or more cards in your market, then Blow the Dam. Hopefully I will have time soon to test and make changes. Suggestions welcome.

Made several attempts to win some games, finally got one with this. Will probably shift more towards a traditional Stonescar list with Blow the Dam as a meme finisher.
