With no Karvet in the deck, Keelo can't ever fetch Animist, so it can't be very important.

You sacrifice the 8/8s from Kato. It comes up a lot, so the Animist is quite important. It wins games no other card could. Vara is another option if you don't want to craft it.

Nightmares help a lot against control but could be swapped for an extra marshal and an extra two-face if you don't want to craft.

Not nearly as often as you'd expect. We worked on the powerbase a lot and Interloper is also just a broken card.
