Hey,
my username is Picasso. I play casually because my work life is crazy but I usually rank master when I do play. This is one of two decks I used post Defiance to rank into Masters.
I've always wanted an excuse to craft
Kyojun, Grand Shugo but I never had one until now.
Ijin's Workshop looked so fun that I had to see if it was worth losing all my dust and boy oh boy was I right! I've had a blast just warcrying my opponents out of games. This deck loses to not playing on curve, hard. It's all about building up that momentum to push through your opponents last (pathetic and feeble) attempt at defending. "Die, opponent!" I shout as my 10/9
Oni Ronin does 20 face damage, and you will too when you cry at all the dust you've spent on niche cards to play a tier two list!
But seriously, this deck is pretty fun and has more sustain than your regular agro deck. This definitely isn't the final list but it's really close to how I want it personally.
Now, I think the trap here is thinking that you have to play a bunch of weapons and a bunch of Oni's to make the deck work and I think that is wrong. I might cut
Crownwatch Paladin and I might cut
Ornate Katana for something like hammer of might and valkyrie enforcer. In fact, that actually sounds like a good idea and when I am done drafting this little bad boy up Im gonna go do that but this is the list I used to rank up to Masters (alongside my Masters Jennev Moment Control.)
Deepforged Plate is just bonkers and the market is pretty nifty. Urn pops aegis and wrecks haunting scream decks.
Vanquish is in case of emergency, break glass.
Bore is boring, if you don't know why it's in the deck...I'll give you a hint. It's to destroy attachments.
