Seems ridiculous, right? The deck is actually pretty solid. You generally want to play Tempting Offer if you don’t have EHG, or EHG then Tempting Offer. If you’re lucky enough to have two Tempting Offers play the first one and hope you don’t hit a factionless card before you play the second.
