Id swap out 2 In Cold Bloods with Feeding time, as its an answer vs reanimation and other void shenanigans. Also lowers the cost of the deck quite a bit. Also, swap out the clan standards for Cobalt waystone, Aegis helps a lot in the control match up and doesn't slow you down nearly as much with already a lot of depleted risk, i find cobalt offers more consistency to deal with the early game and while being relevant late. Trade out the lightning strikes for more single target removal rather than damage, i use rinda's choice, but deathstrike will work as well. You dont need 4 vara's favors, id cut it down to two, and add in cull the deck instead for more consistency, as well as late game fixing. You can also grab a power with it if you really need it, but is much more relevant with a late game draw. Replace Frogs since it doesn't effect the board state, and while it can take out win conditions, its slow, proactive vs reactive, and does nothing to deal with threats now. Feeding time also answers most of the threats you'd need to preemptively frog. I personally dislike feln bloodcaster, and i personal run permafrost over it, but if you are looking for more card draw, id recommend gorgon fanatic over it, as you get more card draw, and gains a bit of life, which can be important vs agro, and you should have enough removal to ensure he hits in a lot of cases. I personally run permafrost over them for the early game, due to the low cost, but gorgon should work in theory tho i haven't tested it myself. You should try to find room for channel the tempest, which is great spot removal doubling as a win condition and hand refill. Also id recommend cutting the suffocates, in favor of less limited or more flexible removals. Id throw a 4th Black-Sky Harbinger into the market over cold blood as well, as having that often means the difference between winning and losing as you try to stabilize, and it doubles to get rid of aegis. I like using dark return as well, as early its a good trash card for strategize, and late game lets you double up on win cons. Finally I find 4 hailstorms a bit too much and leads to clog sometimes, you have a stray into shadow in the board, so that is your 4th copy in essence, so id only run 3 hailstorms.

Suggestions:
-2 In Cold Blood (1 from main 1 from market)
-3 rain of frogs
-4 feln bloodcaster
-2 vaya's favor
-3 lightning strike
-3 suffocate
-1 hailstorm
-4 Clan Standard

+? Cull the Deck (As many as you can, prbly the best card selection in game atm)
+? Dark Return
+? Feeding Time (A reactive answer to things youd need to frog)
+2+ Channel the Tempest (This card helps a lot vs control, and can outright win the game for you)
+1 Black-Sky Harbinger (market) (Youll want one in the market so you are running 7 copies with merchants. This card is that important to stabilize)
+ ? Gorgon Fanatic or Permifrost
+? Rindra's Choice (not always relavant, such as vs Time, but blows out enough cards to make it a mainstay. Worst case its fodder for strategize and cull)
+ 4 Cobalt Waystone (Aegis often wins vs control in the late, and isnt depleted, so sometimes makes a difference)

Play around with it, and see if you like it. Just my impressions.

Also, you might want to give lethrai secret weaver a shot over gorgon. Reusable, and can cycle out cards that dont have a use, such as late game hailstorms, rindra's choice vs mono etc. Turns dead spells into a 1 more costing wisdom of the elders. Jotun Feast-Caller is also possible, but is more expensive, but with 2 attacks you already are up 3 cards.
