This deck is an alternate version of Clutch Ruckus. See that deck for the full write-up. This version focuses on the Flame Blast/Bottoms Up kill and adds a little disruption (and aegis popping) in the form of Shakedown. The deck plays Shakedown over Sabotage because it really wants the extra card from nightfall, Valkyrie Enforcer is Public Enemy #1, and sometimes your Flame Blast deals 24.

After considerable testing with this version, I have found that, even with the full compliment of Bottoms Up, there are just too many hands that can Flame Blast for 15 damage and lose the game where a 15 power Clutch of Talons would have been game winning. I have learned a few things from testing this version and incorporated that knowledge into Clutch Ruckus, which I believe is the superior version and it is where I will be making any future revisions. I will leave this version up for people who don't want to craft 4 Clutch of Talons and for those who are more excited about 30-point burn spells than boards full of dragons. This version probably does match up better into Temporal and other decks relying on Harsh Rule.

What's the reasoning behind doing 4 Clutchmate and only 1 Schism? With no dinosaurs, isn't schism just clutch with upside?

Schism being a fast spell doesn't matter for the combo and Clutchmate only requires single Primal influence vs double for schism. Getting stuck on single P is very rare and Schism's fast speed is useful if you get into a post-Clutch Sandstorm Titan-induced board stall, so feel free to make the swap. The main version of the deck plays Schism because it relies more heavily on Clutch. This version tries to avoid those board stalls by Flame Blasting face. Clutchmate's cuteness was probably the tiebreaker here if I'm being 100% honest.

Isn't Schism relevant to the combo if the opponent responds to copy with fast removal?

You get the power immediately, so you'd be able to play Schism over top of the fast removal to ensure you still get a new Ruckus

You're right, but do keep in mind that in order to go positive on net power in that exchange you would need a third copy effect in your hand and then a fourth copy effect or a Blast/Bottoms/Entomancy (in addition to your win condition), so don't be automatic with the Schism in response to a Torch or Annihilate, especially if you have Haunting Scream in hand. Schism does come in handy in response to Equivocate to at least keep a Rouser around even if it stops the big turn. I'll make the change. Thanks!

Gotta tell ya. I love the idea for this deck. I built it and been having a lot of fun with it. However I do believe it can be upgraded a bit more and I'll be playing around with a list later tonight. If I like it I'll post it and credit you for the idea my friend
