This is your typical Chalice deck, except it plays no Channel the Tempest, because Channel is apparently a bad card now. We're playing cards that should usually only be reserved for LocoPojo (according to some people) instead.

Without Further ado: you Messenger Hawk your Static Bolt, Crystalline Chalice the Messenger Hawk, and continue doing other chalice things. Derry Cathain, Ripclaw Rider is a potential 8/8 Overwhelm, which is nice.

Also, you can Messenger Hawk any card you pulled from your market, so that you can pretend to have maindecked that card all along. (Mainly talking about The Great Parliament)

Deck is sweet. My favorite game so far was against scream, I knew my opponent had a torch in hand from Derry, they Screamed me to 1 life. Combrei Healer, Messenger Hawk on Parliament and Static bolt, then Chalicing Hawk and Merchant multiple times each is dumb.

I think I want 4x Cobalt Waystone, though. Possibly Talirs Favored over Acolyte.

Talir's Favored over Amber Acolyte means you can only fetch the second justice/primal with Seek Power, which will get really annoying, especially since time is the faction you least need 2 inflluence of. (only need TT for the Lumen Reclaimer in the market, while you need JJ for Harsh Rule and PP for Crystalline Chalice and Wisdom of the Elders.

Since you're also very light on Sigils, you'd have to cut either one Amber Waystone or a Crest for the fourth Cobalt Waystone, which could be quite a bit sketchy. (you can safely cut a crest, but they are so useful in such a draw-heavy deck). If you want to play 4x Cobalt Waystone, I'd suggest to try by cutting one Crest of Progress
