This is my attempt at finding a home for the new Ashara. Most have been sticking her in Stonescar sacrifice decks. That was my first thought as well and seems to work well enough, but I wanted to try something a little different.
The basic idea is playing units that recur and don't mind attacking alongside Ashara. Piercing Grief and Gorgon Fanatic die end of turn anyway, and Recurring Nightmare goes back to your hand instead. Games can be won on the back of Recurring Nightmare and Umbren Reaper alone.
I'm still working on the removal and power balance, but these units are the core of the deck's concept.
There are actually ways to abuse her mechanics for instance if you use the madness card to play an enemy unit that turn you can feed her ability with that enemy unit plus it'll let you then use a card like combust to sacrifice that enemy unit to kill another enemy unit before Ashara kills it anyway, which is totally broken if you played warcry units at start game and redrew if needed to make sure Ashara was in the deck then used scout to make sure she gets benefits of warcry she can easily take 16 health from face and kill 2 powerful units high stats units.
So it depends how you use her, there are believe it or not several other ways to abuse her mechanics to very broken levels making her ridiculously over powered, i'm pretty sure if to many people catch on to them they'll get nerfed.
If you play her in this deck or just as a random card I agree she is not a great card but she is a card that can be abused if you figure out ways to exploit her mechanics, I've legitimately had people quit game on me more then 20 times in just 2 days because I've pulled off what looks like cheating with her by abusing the mechanics of her as a card in multiple different ways not just the one method i described here.
