FPS Manacles Burn

Well I wanted to use Ancient of the Ice Caves in a deck and it turns out that forcing your opponent to draw cards is pretty nice with Black Iron Manacles

The power base is sketchy and it doesn't have access to Harsh Rule so time decks are pretty much an auto loss but it's pretty good against greed piles.

Change the removal setup based on what you're seeing and hope that you don't run into Alessi, Combrei Archmage too often. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
