smugglers weapons

This deck is a bit of a work in progress. Basically, i noticed that killing a creature using a relic weapon activated smugglers toll. So i created a basic relic weapon deck that utilized smugglers toll. The big problem it has is that it stinks against early aggro and multiple units on the field.
