The goal is to stall and fill your graveyard using Cartographer, Back-Alley Delinquent, and Whispering Wind. Cartographer also helps you dig for sigils and removal. Whispering Wind helps you specifically bin big fatties.

The market has Feln Caldron and Whispering Wind in case you need a discard outlet. There is also removal and a Vara.

Once you hit 5 mana then you Grasping at Shadows and start reanimating stuff. Hopefully you have discarded a Vara, so you can get back a couple of things.

Dang. I added Cauldron so that either merchant could fetch for it as a discard outlet. The Cauldron four of is probably better suited for a life gain/reanimator deck. Maybe a mask deck or I was thinking a Xenan Cultist/Katra, the Devoted deck.
