Let's see. The first thing I see is that the power count is really, really low. I would suggest adding some number of Seek Powers, and maybe some Crests of Impulse/Chaos/Cunning. I also might add a few cards of other colors, because if you're running the influence base to play Nicto at some point, you should probably have access to multiple colors anyway.

You really want a way of casting Nicto without relying on Memento Mori.

Units: False Prince is an unusual inclusion that I need to think about, but it's vulnerability to virtually every kind of removal makes me uncertain. It's a really aggressive card, which may not be what you want.

Draw: Second Sight is almost certainly out in favor of Strategize- your only target for value is Nicto. Alternatively, add in Thunderstrike Dragons, or another Echo unit. More copies of Twinning Ritual are another alternate.

Removal package: You're running a lot of AoE, which will be extremely dead (esp. Lightning Storm) in the wrong matchup. The Lightning Storms are my first target for cuts.Permafrost might go down to 3 unless you're running into lots of aggro, because it whiffs against a lot of units which have non-attacking uses. I'm also not a huge fan of Channel the Tempest here, which can reload your hand, but you have so much card gen via Nicto that if that matters, you're in a bad spot.

Edit: This is currently somewhere between a control deck with lots of removal but no strong wincon except loads of units, and a midrange deck running Channel for some reason.
