This has four embargo officers, a steelfang chakram and a second press the advantage. That's six rares that are never seen in any competitive deck. I don't approve of asking new players to craft six unused rares for a budget deck. New players: please invest in merchants instead of this embargo gimmick. They are a thousand times as versatile and also just better.

The chakram might make some sense in the upgrade version because it has dragon forge, but it and the kemmo lose a lot of power without those. No idea why you chose to cut the decent uncommon but keep the rares and legendaries that rely on them for the budget version.

You may play a bargain card from the market as if it was already in your hand as long as you meet the bargain conditions. Since you can't build a market without having merchants or bargain cards in your main deck, this deck runs one "Press the Advantage" in the main and one in the market.
