Actually I haven't played in a while but these are the changes I made if you are interested: https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/d/-cxmEy5xIlc/xenan-cult-ii It seems that some cards have been modified or Expedition rules have changed since the last time I played so I don't know if the deck is still playable in that mode.

I don't have much experience in deck building other than budget :P
Anyway, I think you could use a market and try Crack the Earth, Ark of Sol or Condemn. Replace some spells with Banish. Maybe include Shadowlands Guide, Zhen-Zu, Hand of Nahid, Endless Nightmare, Dread, Unraveling Fanatic, Pillar of Dreams or Flamebathe Reformation.

No Nahid's faithful? This is propably best budget cultist. Also it feels like lacking some removals, defile and devouring shadow are both powerful budget options, propably would make more sense than earth conjuring

Thanks for your comments. Actually I hadn't noticed Nahid's Faithful, it would fit perfectly. And you are right, Earth Conjuring is odd here, just wanted to compensate the slow tempo and by the way experiment with invoke. I'm not sure about Fervent Siphoner either... exalted is useful but perhaps there is a better choice. I will try your suggestions!

Sure, lemme know how it worked for you :) and you're right that exalted is useful, siphoner stats may be not the best but there is much possible interaction in this deck after some changes, besides one you explored chaining exalted killers is also fun thing to do
