Did you find Ky, Awakened Master to be that good? I crafted 4 of him, but I found that most of the time I had next to no units in my hand (so the summon ability was irrelevant) and often I would have to block before I could trigger the other ability - so that most of the time he was just a 3/6 for 5, which isn't very good. I tried Ambitious Mandaville instead, and so far it's been ok.
In addition, if you don't mind, what other updates have you made to the deck? I see you said you cut Ayur and Send a Message and put in Impending Doom; what other changes did you make?
Ky is important for outgrinding other decks in the late game, but it can still work without him. It's generally best to play the unit you're aiming to cast Ky's Blessing on ahead of him, so that way you can combo him with any cheap unit (or a Moldermuck attack) to proc it. If you do play Ky on turn 5, it's good not to hover over your units until the turn you're able to play them or else your opponent will be able to tell that you played Ky and not Elding
I'm sorry, but I'm saving the updated version for the tournament on June 5th since it has high stakes. I'll post any updates I have to the deck afterwards ^^
Since I played with these changes in the TNE yesterday, I can recommend cutting 2x Ayur and 2x Send a Message for 4x Impending Doom, as well as marketing Mandevilla over Hypnotic if you like the card
Send a Message is sometimes so good (not using a card, removing an aegis unit and making the opponent lose a card); however it has also been so bad by killing a 1/1 Moldermuck and triggering your opponent's Elding of the Final Hour.
What would you suggest replacing it if most of my opponents are running self-mill decks?
My impressions exactly. I think it is against Darkwater Vines that doubles as a good target for Argenport Heirloom. Maybe I am missing something else though.
for tournaments with open decklists I would probably keep 1 or 2 ayurs to mindgame the opponent, but the 4x ayur definitely underperformed in the top 8 of this tourney where the discard players I faced decided not to ever cast send a message
(though making them not cast send a message is strong, so I think you'd still want some ayurs but maybe not 4)

I hope I still helped a little, and good luck!

but tbh I just put ayur in as a joke impending dooms probably better
