Combrei (7-2, draft)

First successful draft of the new set! Scrubbed out with my first draft, a Skycrag deck that kept losing to Combrei fatties... so I decided to join the winning team and give that a shot instead.

P1P1 was Kudzu's Technique, but the first few picks weren't particularly consistent on colors. Eventually I settled into Combrei after picking up 2x Send to Market, and was massively rewarded with From Beyond and Reality Warden in packs 2 and 3.

The deck was pretty straightforward to play - not a lot of tricks or card draw, so it primarily relied on just outbeefing the opponent. I unfortunately didn't have many opportunities to use my market - etchings were difficult to get full influence for, and I only drew Speed Grafter once or twice. Still, deck felt alright overall... mostly because Maeve, Walker of Aeons is a broken card. Draw a bunch of cards and shuffle in a bunch of massive fatties? Gooooood stuff.

New format is... interesting. Definitely going to take some getting used to. Regen cards are very annoying, and increased market availability is high-impact. Justice seems to have the best removal (in Bring to Market), but Fatal Misstep is also a thing to keep in mind.
