Do you enjoy doing 50+ damage to your opponent in one turn? Have you ever dreamed of storing your entire win condition in the market? Do you like spicy jank? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then boy do I have the pile for you!

Here we have a slightly more budget-conscious version of genericaviary's Grinva's Final Judgement (OTK). Some goals I had for this build are to reduce the total number of moving parts and make the early game a little bit more consistent. Of course, this means loading the front end with more smugglers and throwing in some chants to do some power fetching.

The end-game for this deck is convoluted, but glorious to behold: Get three cards from the market and put them to work. Ordnance Scavenger will dump your entire deck into the void. Shiftstone Processor will grant you power for each unit that you dump into your void this way, and Dumping Ground will bring back two essential combo pieces from your void: Gravewatch Guardian and Grinva, Judge of Battles. Then simply end the turn, and Grinva and the Guardian will go back to the void, dealing 50 damage or more on the way out. For this all to work, you'll need at least 6 power, and at least FJSS in influence.

One notable change from genericaviary's build is a playset of Disjunction in the main deck. This is to ensure that Shifstone Processor can come back if it's destroyed before we can combo off. Another swap is Gravewatch Guardian over Stonescar Leviathan. For our purposes, the combo in this deck is functionally identical in that when it works it destroys the opponent. I opted for the Guardian because its Tribute ability will pump it to an insane degree as it comes into play (think 60s to 70s). Call me old-fashioned but I enjoy seeing large double-digit negative numbers instead of a flat 0. And you should, too. I mean, you worked hard to get this combo working!

For a brief step-by-step tutorial on this deck, check out genericaviary's Grinva's Final Judgement (OTK). They did a fantastic job of plotting out the gameplan's every detail. And remember, this deck is in no way competitive, but it is fun and that's what counts.

Second draft
Removed all chants except Destruction Chant, replaced with Seek Power. Also added Unfamiliar Interloper in an effort to help with early defense and ensure that enough units are dumped with Ordnance Scavenger to give us enough power to combo off. Having enough influence should no longer be a problem.

Turbomoose Eternal Version: 20.05.06
I feel like the combo package is taking up too much room in the deck. Anytime you draw your combo pieces it's a bit of a disaster. I think i'd try cutting both grinva and a surgeon's saw to add more interaction or filtering. I think the games you lose because you draw combo pieces are going to be far more common than losing with a couple 30+ power overwhelm charge creatures on the board.
Jaxxis Eternal Version: 20.05.06
Grivna, Saw, and Guardian are all 2 of to protect from shenanigans like Royal Decree and other silence-in-hand effects. Cull and Quarry won't help us filter our 1-ofs if we draw it at the start of our turn.
Turbomoose Edited Eternal Version: 20.05.06
The tradeoff in deck space doesn't really seem worth playing around those instances. At the very least there's no way you need 2 grinva and 2 guardian when you can win with just one guardian in the void. As a combo deck you have to accept some risk of losing to bad draws in order to keep 8% of your deck from being a dead draw. that's a forced -1 card in hand around 1/12 games (or likely more considering cards drawn over the game) which is a lot.
psly4mne Eternal Version: 20.05.08
Guardian absolutely needs to be at least a 2-of because you can't win without one in void.
Grinva should probably be a 2-of. If you don't have one in the void, you lose to Annihilate or Temple Tactic.
Saw should definitely be a 1-of. If you have it in hand you can still win, and it doesn't matter if it gets hit by Sabotage.

1) if enemy has face aegis, this will not work, right? what is your suggestion to deal with face aegis?
2) is Display of Ambition essential in market? Argenport banner in market can be an influence fix, but that slot can also be better?
3) some answers to aggro flyers
4) actually i stumbled upon your deck and Genericaviary's deck when i was having an idea in my mind of combining Yushkov Brutal Tyrant and Stonescar Leviathan (if possible, sentinel (because stonescar leviathan is sentinel). (but eventually found out your deck is much better than my idea)
mindthief666 Eternal Version: 20.05.06
on the market question: i agree too, but realistically you already need to pull 3 cards from market, so spots 4-5 don't matter much
mindthief666 Eternal Version: 20.05.06
I totally agree. I'm currently experimenting cutting all excess cards, adding more influence fixing, blightmoth and eremoth designs although i think annihilate could be better to protect from midrange threats. almost won a game against a rainbow, that darama'd me when i was about to launch the combo, but i can accept a combo deck being destroyed by market stealing, much more than being destroyed before attempting anything
Jaxxis Edited Eternal Version: 20.05.06
Eremot's Designs could work as an answer to aggro, flyers or otherwise. As for face aegis, pretty much anything would work. I'd suggest the Granite Coin to replace Shugo Standard (just not too much because it won't transform).

The problem we face if we include all this is consistency.
mindthief666 Eternal Version: 20.05.06
ok, tried it 4 times: got denied enough shadow influence a lot, including one where i could trigger the combo before dying
the others .... i just died very very quickly. weak to flyers, almost zero defence against early aggression... needs work.
Jaxxis Eternal Version: 20.05.06
Second draft posted. It's not easy to work in everything you mention while keeping the combo intact, but at the very least getting enough power/influence to combo off shouldn't be a problem.
mindthief666 Eternal Version: 20.05.06
thanks for the new deck. Interloper seems a good idea for defense+fix. i think this deck also needs removal like maybe annihilate ? defiance ?
Seek power maybe should be petition, to ensure pulling some monument or standard ? i'll experiment too
Jaxxis Eternal Version: 20.05.06
I suggested Eremot's Designs to another person. That could work as removal. Personally I'm against Petition, but it might work for you.
mindthief666 Eternal Version: 20.05.06
good idea. but this is a drop in an ocean of aggro.
It does not seem a good time to play a deck that does nothing for 6 rounds (at best). I played a couple of more games, but it's not exactly fun
to keep watching someone playing by himself. sorry.
mindthief666 Eternal Version: 20.05.05
Fun idea. What's Kato's role here ?
Jaxxis Edited Eternal Version: 20.05.05
To buy time with multiple blockers. He's good value.
