This deck wants to get enough power to play multiple warp cards per turn.
Early on you can play a defensive controlling game. Once you have a lot of power you can market for Diogo to buff the units in your deck, and then you can chain warps to close out the game. A New Tomorrow removes the last of the power from your deck and scouts to a warp card of your choice.
Scout lets you skip past non-warp cards in the lategame or past awkward warp cards in the earlygame.
You can excavate warp cards and play them right away.
