Broken deck is broken. Pearl Abbey Smuggler is an insane replacement for Awakened Student as it's way bigger and grant you a market access. Ijin's Choice is really necessary to handle Sunyveil's Glimpse deck, otherwise I felt like Safe Return is a good replacement for Hooru Pacifier as it can protect and buff your dongers in the face of removal, and rebuy a smuggler for more cancer. Deck is very fun to play and doesn't feel even remotely fair. Enjoy !

How does this work? Mind giving a bit of a description of how things go? What to mulligan, what a win setup looks like.

I was feeling this was a bit useless since mgallop explained things pretty well in the decklist I linked, but If you still have questions after going there here's my input ;

-don't hesitate to mulligan to 6 to find all of your colors, but if you have a really good hand on the draw with 3/4 colors, a crest and early plays you can take the risk.
-hold your cargos as long as you can, they cost 0 anyway. It helps you find your 4 colors and grows your Alessi/Smuggler.
-you don't need the have the combo of Call the Ancients/Torgov's Trading Post + Crownwatch Press-Gang/Rise to the Challenge to keep your hand. Sometimes you get it and it's insane, sometimes you just play Smuggler + Alessi + 3 cargos on turn 2 and ride them to victory.
-don't ever use Display of Instinct as a removal against Glimpse combo, this card is their kryptonite. Counter the Glimpse with it.
-Desert Marshal can be fetched by Crownwatch Press-Gang if you don't have Sentinels in your deck, or if you really have to. Notable uses are breaking an Icaria aegis or ruining a Haunting Scream.
